The Development

RedLeaf Properties and Austin Community College formed a unique public-private partnership that transformed Highland into an energetic, walkable, and transit-friendly mixed-use neighborhood. RedLeaf, as Highland’s master developer, is responsible for the neighborhood’s retail, residential, office and hotel components, while ACC owns the project’s educational spaces. Together the two organizations have collaborated to create what you now see today.
